PT. SMaart Kreasi Digital (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the application and website www.smaart.id (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

We do NOT collect location data in the background without your knowledge unless explicitly stated and permitted by you.

You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings. If you deny location access, some features may not function properly.

d. Device Camera Permissions

For certain features (like POS barcode scanning), the camera is used strictly for scanning barcodes, QR codes, or taking product photos. We do not record video or photos secretly.

e. Financial & Transaction Data

If you use our transaction features, we collect sales and payment history. We do NOT store full credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials. Secure payments are processed directly by our authorized Payment Gateway partners.

f. End-User / Customer Data

If you input your customers' data into our Service, we act strictly as a Data Processor. You remain the Data Controller of that information. We do not use your end-users' data for our own purposes.

g. Storage & Media Files

We may request access to your device's storage or media gallery strictly for application functionalities, such as uploading profile pictures, attaching documents, or saving generated reports. We do not access or collect personal files outside of what you explicitly select and upload within the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To improve user experience
• To communicate updates and support
• To monitor and analyze usage
• To ensure security and prevent fraud

We may share your data with:

• Service providers (analytics, hosting, payment gateways, etc.)

• Request Account and Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by navigating to the account settings within the app or by sending a deletion request to support@smaart.id. Upon request, we will delete your data, except for information we are legally required to retain (e.g., financial transaction records).

We may use third-party services such as:

• Google Analytics
• Firebase
• Maps API providers
• Payment Gateways (for secure transaction processing)

These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18.

9. Child Safety Standards

SMaart Ecosystem, developed and operated by PT. SMaart Kreasi Digital, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms minors, whether generated, uploaded, shared, or facilitated through our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any other form of child exploitation.

We take the following measures to uphold this standard:

• We do not permit any content or conduct on our Service that sexualizes or exploits minors.
• We remove and take appropriate action against any account, content, or activity found to violate this standard as soon as we become aware of it.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities, including reporting suspected CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate agencies where required by law.
• We provide a dedicated channel for reporting any suspected CSAE-related concern regarding SMaart Ecosystem.

Report a Concern

If you become aware of any content or conduct on SMaart Ecosystem that you believe violates this Child Safety Standard, please report it immediately to our dedicated Child Safety contact:

Our Child Safety team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.
